  3. Brackin Systems does not use your name, address, email address, or phone number to deliver Internet ads.
    Brackin Systems does use information about your browser and Web surfing to determine how to optimize its site.

  4. If you provide us with your postal address on our web site, we may mail you from time to time.
    If you no longer wish to receive mailings from us, please contact us via email or postal mail at the addresses below, and we will remove you from our postal mailing list. Please include your full name, company name and address in your communications with us, so that we can better process your request.

  5. You can control the email you receive (when we start to gather email addresses on our site). Brackin Systems does not currently collect email addresses on its web site. However, when we do, we will only send email messages to those who have explicitly opted in to receive email communications from us on our web site. When you sign up for an email communication from us, it will be clear exactly what you are signing up for. We will provide you an easy way to unsubscribe from our email publications.

    Brackin Systems may change its policy as new products are added or old ones are changed, but Brackin Systems treats information it owns in a manner consistent with the policy under which it was collected, unless we have your consent to use it differently.
